2022 Honda Accord Redesign The 10th-generation Honda Accord arrived back in 2018, and it has remained largely unchanged since. The 2022 Accord might see some minor updates when it arrives to help keep it fresh, but we hope that most of the Agreement remains the same.
Considering the Honda Accord follows the same schedule as the 10th generation Civic, we can see a mild refresher on the 2022 model. Like the Civic, which only accepts updated bumpers, we hope that this refresher becomes very light. Honda understands that the Accord is an eternal top seller, so it doesn’t need to change much.
With the cabin still fresh and modern, we hope there are no significant changes in the 2022 Accord.
We hope the 2022 Accord continues most of the interior design to remain the same, including a floating infotainment screen, focus on horizontal lines, button transmissions, and a clean middle stack.
However, we can see some minor updates such as an improved infotainment system and other small items.
2022 Honda Accord News
Although the midsize sedan is not as popular as it used to be, this segment is full of some of the best vehicles on the market. The main thing is the Honda Accord. A buyer’s favorite and eternal criticism, this latest model calculates expressive style among Accord’s unique strengths such as passenger-friendly cabin and comfortable driving.
The price of the Accord is medium-size, but its spacious interior space is more similar to what you will find in a full-size sedan. In the upper trim, the quality of the material is closer to what you will find in a luxury sedan than other cheaper direct rivals.

Buyers who are looking for a mix of affordability and luxury that are worth emulating should place Accord on their shortlist.
However, the deal was not perfect. While we like the standard 1.5-liter engine, our long-term deal with this engine failed to meet EPA’s estimates in driving in the real world.
We think this small-displacement machine must work a little harder than anticipated to move the Accord’s massive mass.
2022 Honda Accord Interior
In the interior of the accessory that was installed by the first dealer that I considered was a black chrome grille that was quieter than a mediocre design.
When we compared the Accord and Camry with the base-engine, we did not find a stylish front end, and described the first as having a “big badge, large Honda belt buckle [leaving] no question about its origin.”
Looking deeper into the crystal ball, we expect a small visual update for the Honda Accord 2021, along with several other changes as part of the mid-cycle refreshment.
Have you seen Accord Sport? Like other midsize sedans with 19-inch wheels, it looks much more striking than some people think of reasonable midsize sedans.

And although we appreciate the attractiveness of the affordable Sport pavement, the two engines available, and even the optional manual transmission, the thicker side that supports the seat will be a nice touch.
It’s tempting to ask carmakers to include more features in the lower trim, but as they say, there is no such thing as a free lunch.
However, we bet Accord Sport 2020 buyers will appreciate what Honda calls “Smart Entry,” or handsfree access (unlock the door when you enter and lock the door when you leave without having to take the key out of your pocket).
2022 Honda Accord Engine
Under the hood, we hope there is no change. If this is the case, the 2022 Accord will become standard with a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that will produce 192 horsepower and 192 pound-feet of torque.
We expect buyers to continue to have the option of a 2.0-liter turbocharged unit with 252 hp and 273 lb-ft of torque.
We expect most of the 2022 Accord models with 1.5-liter to use continuously variable transmission, while most models equipped with 2.0-liter will boast a 10-speed automatic.
Apart from the engine chosen, we also expect the Accord to remain one of the midsize sedans with a six-speed manual transmission.

The Accord is currently destroying it in safety with the Top Safety Pick from IIHS thanks to “Good” crash test ratings across the board, “Acceptable” and “Marginal” headlight ratings, and standard “emergency” oriented emergency braking systems.
With pedestrian detection. Accord is now also equipped with standards with active lane control, adaptive roaming control, and traffic sign recognition.
We expect the 2022 Accord to continue with the same standard safety features and ratings.
2022 Honda Accord Price and Release Date
Honda has not yet released an official sales date for the Accord 2022 but based on the previous release date, looking for the arrival of autumn 2020.
The price has also not been confirmed, but with the Accord 2022, it is expected to only get a light refreshment.
The price is likely not to stray far from the current MSRP model range from $ 24,975 to $ 37,205 (including destination fees).
