2019 Honda Insight Hybrid Colors Honda is taking its Insight hybrid along a different path than many other companies have followed with their electric gasoline fuel sippers. Instead of emphasizing its green CRED, Honda has designed the insight to be a fairly conventional sedan similar in character to the Honda Civic-only insight happens to get fantastic MPG. That’s a good thing since the Civic is one of our favorite compact cars, and the Insight benefits from the same solid driving and comfortable ride. Its complex hybrid transmission is mostly quiet and discreet. The cherry on top of a well-rounded and pleasant package, make it look more mature and special than the Civic.

Insight is new to 2019. It is mounted on the same wheelbase as the Civic sedan but has a unique style that combines a petrol engine with a pair of electric motors, a revised interior and a completely different structure under the hood.

We believe the mid-level Insight is the best value game. For only $1230 more than the base price of Insight LX $23,725, the former adds a load of features. It is not as fully equipped as the Top-Spec, $28,985 Insight Touring, but still comes with equipment such as:

LaneWatch Blind Spot camera system

The Insight EX comes in just under $25,000 ($24,955) and offers no factory options.
